im dead beat.
training was tough but fun. had physcial n warmdown.physical was super tiring, my legs were wobbling by e time we did warmdown. n 1 of my junior wet her entire shorts..filled wit perspiration.but nvm la.played quite alot of games.couldnt even stretch myself to reach e shuttle la . dam lazy. sry sarah !
but at least i improve abit.n my strings' gonna break soon): love coach!
went kfc for dinner.wth la.we laughed so much till those ppl who sits ard us kept thinking we were laughing at them!
we were laughing at soo many things, making fun of lots of stuffs.during trianing, sarah asked e sec 1s to gather for warmup. n 1 of our junior said " whatever " right in front of sarah.so sarah was quite piss, n as usual she talked bac.haha

took a bus bac home wit sarah. i noe e reason y she din hav mood to play! smart me ! even she think so! n she screwed someone! perfect !
