ytd had friendly match against nan hua high.fmss 4-1 nan hua.training at night was a killer,was like catching for air.
today had shooting, fun but tiring,imagine holding 10kg on both arms,lying down n onli e elbow's touching e ground heh. bbq was so-so having mr neo and coach joining us.it was e cleaning up tt was bad,miss thio was a little of an authoritative.
wanted to scare the guys at e 4th level tonight, but thanks to it, i cant
