okay training was fun being e last training for 2007.ran 15 rounds round e hall which was fun okay!matches was next den 'red alert' to warm down.my finger was bleeding after doin 'human barrow'.dinnered at great copthorne htl almost everyday im like at diff htl having either lunch or dinner,thank god im going for outside trainings (:
